UAE e-invoicing · Free · Private
Is your customer data ready for e-invoicing?
From 2027 every B2B invoice in the UAE must go out as an e-invoice. It cannot be sent without the customer's tax number, address, city and emirate, and every item needs an official unit code. Upload your customer list and see in one minute who is ready, what we can fix for you, and exactly what is missing.
- 🔒 Your file never leaves your computer
- ⚖️ Based on the Ministry of Finance field list and PINT AE
- ⏱ Results in about a minute
1 Upload your customer list (and your item list, if you like)
Any accounting system works: SAP, Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally or a plain Excel list. Useful columns: customer name, TRN, address, city, emirate, country, and if you have it, the last invoice date. For units: the item list with its unit column.
Using SAP Business One? Copy this query
Run it in the Query Manager and export the result (Excel or TXT). It lists your customers with their tax number, default bill-to address and last invoice date.

Your Peppol ID
Good to know
- Not legal advice. It checks your data against the Ministry of Finance field list (23 Feb 2026) and the Peppol PINT AE specification (v1.0.4). Review results with your accountant or e-invoicing provider.
- Private. Your file is read in your browser only. We never receive your customer list.
- Format only. We check that TRNs and Peppol IDs look right. We cannot confirm with the FTA that a TRN is registered, or that a customer is already live on the Peppol network.
- Peppol IDs we create follow the official rule (0235 + first 10 digits of the TRN). For companies in a VAT group, the TRN you hold may be the group's: each company needs its own number.
- Private persons (B2C) are not in scope yet. Foreign customers follow different delivery rules, so they are counted but not checked in detail.
- Files: Excel, CSV or TXT. Not PDF invoices or password-protected files. Works best on a computer.
