Questions
Do I need to open any ports on my server?
No. The small ICC agent only connects out to ICC over an encrypted connection.
Can TBS see my backups?
No. Backups go to your own storage account and are encrypted with your own key.
Will ICC fail over my servers on its own?
Not by default. Failover runs a dry-run and checks first, and needs your approval.
Which providers work today?
Hetzner is live, Contabo is next. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud start with read-only inventory.
